These terms cover use of the Dome website itself. Your actual booking is governed by our Booking Terms.
Using the website
You’re welcome to browse our experiences, view packages, contact us and submit booking requests.
Please don’t attempt to break into private areas, interfere with the website, impersonate someone else, submit malicious content or use the site for unlawful purposes. Pretty normal internet manners, basically.
Availability
Seeing an experience or package on the website doesn’t guarantee that a particular date or item is available. Availability is checked as part of the booking process. Your accepted Quote is what confirms what we’ve actually agreed to provide.
Our content
Unless otherwise stated, The Dome Experience owns or is licensed to use the branding, written content, original graphics and photography published on the website.
You’re welcome to browse and share links to our pages. Please don’t copy or commercially reuse our content as your own without permission.
Private customer pages
Some customer pages and documents may be accessed through private links. Please don’t publicly post or unnecessarily share those links. If we think a private link has been compromised, we may revoke or replace access.
Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to or rely on services run by other companies. Those companies have their own terms and privacy practices.
Where a third party is helping us fulfil something we promised you, we won’t use this paragraph as an excuse to avoid responsibilities that properly belong to us.
Website outages
We work to keep the site available, but occasionally hosting problems, maintenance or other technical issues happen. If the website is unavailable and you already have a booking with us, you can still contact us using our published business contact details.
Barbados law
Use of the website is governed by the laws of Barbados.
