Locations & logistics
The Dome Experience is based in Barbados and can be planned for suitable beaches, gardens, private homes, hotels, resorts, villas and other approved locations. Venue suitability and permissions are confirmed as part of planning.
Outdoor experiences need a weather plan. Rescheduling options and the final weather terms will be confirmed with your booking before payment.
Where a venue or property requires permission, the client is responsible for securing access or approval unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Guest capacity depends on the experience, setup style and venue. Share your expected guest count in the booking request and we’ll confirm what can be accommodated during review.
Packages & personalisation
Packages are intended to make planning easier, not to make every experience identical. Personalisation remains an important part of the experience.
Potential options include flowers, balloons, floral installations, neon or welcome signs, charcuterie, cake, champagne, photography or video, music, tablescaping, candles, petals, projector setups and additional seating. Availability will be confirmed per booking.
Yes. Public packages show their current starting price and included items. Personalisation, add-ons, venue requirements and other changes are reviewed in the final quote.
Booking & payment
Use Book Your Experience to choose the occasion and share your preferred date, arrival or start time, setting, guest count, location and personalisation ideas. A selected package or Gallery inspiration can also carry into the request.
No. A request starts the review process. After availability and scope are confirmed, you’ll receive a quote. The date is secured only after you accept the quote and the required 50% retainer, or full payment, is received and verified.
After quote acceptance, you’ll see the payment stage with the required 50% retainer or the option to pay 100% in full, plus the due date, accepted payment methods and instructions. The booking is confirmed once the required retainer threshold is received and verified. Any cancellation, damage or extra-time terms that apply will be provided before payment.
